This system was launched in 2010 through a partnership between Valdosta State University, a public university in Georgia, and Menntee.

All courses offered by LAPULAPU-CEBU INTERNATIONAL COLLEGE CELS are part of the Georgia State University system and have been 100% accepted for transfer admission over the past 15 years. Since then, nearly 400 students have successfully transferred to Valdosta State University. Today, the number of accredited universities recognizing these credits has increased to 150 universities.

Because the U.S. university system differs by state, and because the quality of institutions also varies, our credits offer two key advantages:
